Disability Support Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Alina Homecare in Eastleigh. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as attending appointments, going to day centres, and participating in social activities.
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with medication management, including administering medication and collecting prescriptions.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients.
- Accompany clients on day trips and outings, such as bowling and other leisure activities.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
