About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Alina Homecare in Eastleigh. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as attending appointments, going to day centres, and participating in social activities.
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with medication management, meal preparation, and shopping.
- Encourage clients to engage in hobbies and interests, promoting social interaction and community involvement.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
