Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Alina Homecare in Eastleigh. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Attend appointments and provide supportive assistance
- Accompany clients to day centres for social activities and fun events
- Support clients with personal care, including hygiene and getting ready for the day
- Assist with medication management and create routines
- Prepare healthy meals and ensure a balanced diet
- Support clients with shopping, including budgeting and meal prep
