United Living Group is a leading provider of construction services, dedicated to delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team, responsible for the effective management and delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management
- Ensure the site is operated in a safe and efficient manner, in line with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of site personnel, including laborers, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and control site costs, including labor, materials, and plant.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the required quality standards, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any quality issues.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all site personnel are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any health and safety risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Client Liaison
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular progress meetings and updates.
- Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, in terms of quality, cost, and time.
- Administration
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including site diaries, quality records, and health and safety records.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including site progress reports and financial reports.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in construction management, preferably in the gas industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects, on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
- Relevant qualifications, including EUSR SHEA Gas competency, Supervisory Management Training, and CSCS Managers Card.
