This role involves managing multiple sites, ensuring all operations are safe, efficient, and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction crews across various sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Prepare and enforce Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
Identify hazards, improve site operations, and maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Manage site-related expenses and reporting.
Conduct Toolbox Talks for safety and operational guidance.
Coordinate with the Health & Safety (H&S) team to ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in construction supervision, preferably across multiple sites.
Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) and CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cards.
UK Driver's License for site travel.
Proficient with IT tools and basic project management software.
Strong understanding of on-site health and safety, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Commitment to maintaining high-quality work without compromising safety or efficiency.
Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
Effective communication skills for liaising with the project team.
Desirable:
Experience with excavation work.
Familiarity with construction plant machinery.
