Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our team in our stylish, food-focused pub. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the pub
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
