About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Blom and Blom, a leading provider of independent children's day nurseries in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Nursery Manager looking to take the next step in their career, in a role that offers ongoing support, development, and progression opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating educational environment for our children.
  • Supervising and supporting the development of our staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Assisting with training and appraisals, helping our team members to reach their full potential.
  • Leading by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to our values and mission.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
