We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Blom and Blom, a reputable independent children's day nursery in High Wycombe. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery
  • Promote and maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating educational environment for children
  • Supervise and support staff development, including training and appraisals
  • Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with EYFS regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations
  • Confidence in leading and supporting a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
