Job Title: Engagement Strategy Director

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Strategy Director to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engagement strategies that drive business growth and customer loyalty.

About the Role:

The Engagement Strategy Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop tailored engagement strategies that meet customer needs. This will involve analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer engagement principles and be able to develop and implement effective strategies that drive business results. They will also be able to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of engagement initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
