Salary: £60,433 - £78,563
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours, hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office

Description:
In the role of Strategic Project Consultant, you will spearhead critical projects aimed at driving significant enhancements in business processes. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing project scope, timelines, resources, stakeholders, and risk management throughout the strategic initiative lifecycle.
- Delivering technical training and support to foster ongoing improvement efforts.
- Facilitating opportunities for growth and strategic planning.
This position demands a robust set of skills, including:
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma principles.
Consideration for Top Candidates:
- Experience in managing and supporting projects within Finance, Credit, and Operations.
- Proven leadership abilities in project environments.
- Background in Six Sigma methodologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
