About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Estimator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Technical Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives by providing expert sales and estimating services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost budgets and estimates for new contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and improve current customer contracts and relationships, while developing new ones through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Adhere to company standards and guidelines when analyzing and providing estimations, focusing on maximizing profit and customer satisfaction while minimizing risks.
  • Work closely with management to help develop, innovate, and create new client projects, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Keep detailed records of all estimation documentation, including site assessments and contract terms, and update existing contracts immediately upon agreement of new terms with clients.
  • Prepare and submit financial documents as required, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Balance multiple proposals and estimations simultaneously, ensuring each reaches the client by the deadline.
  • Liaise with other company departments to maintain business development and continuously innovate new profitable outcomes, including participating in production meetings as needed.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with the sales manager to set achievable targets and goals.
  • Visit customers as required to generate new business and maintain relationships between parties.
Requirements
  • Experience in the industry, with a strong understanding of engineering and fabrication principles.
