Job Summary

The successful candidate will become a vital part of the ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta Business Unit, focusing on the UK & Ireland markets.

This role involves engaging with a highly competitive team within the ETF sector, where the individual will spearhead business development efforts for the Amundi ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a portfolio of Amundi ETF, Index, and Smart Beta clients and prospects, aiming to achieve a defined budget for net new assets. Support senior sales personnel in managing their client relationships across various segments. Advocate for Amundi ETF as a premier provider of ESG & Climate solutions, effectively communicating the firm's ESG policies and offerings. Uphold high standards of professional conduct in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Position Amundi ETF favorably among ETF and passive investment clients, utilizing resources from within the Amundi organization. Contribute to enhancing the market presence and brand awareness of Amundi ETF, Indexing, and Smart Beta in the region. Collaborate closely with diverse teams within Amundi to ensure effective client management. Bring innovative ideas and energy to the team to drive business growth and meet established objectives. Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
