Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Dalkia Engineering in Colwyn Bay. As an Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and fault call out of all North and Mid Wales trunk roads, including signs, phones, CCTV, and tunnels.
The role will involve working closely with the North and Mid Wales trunk road agency to ensure the smooth operation of the regional depot in Colwyn. You will be responsible for updating the Welsh Government Electrical Asset Management System (LMS) and assisting with the ongoing management of PowerBI applications for defect and minor works.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset inventory updating and management of the LMS system
- Administrative assistance, including preparation of maintenance works reports and minutes of meetings
- Assisting the LMS lead with system maintenance and development
- Supporting the street lighting and ITS managers with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Fully conversant with IT systems, Excel, and Word
- Health and safety awareness
- Current driving license
- Knowledge of the Welsh language (desirable)
