Exciting Opportunity for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a driven and experienced corporate and commercial solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of corporate and commercial matters, including private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, and shareholders agreements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handling a caseload of corporate and commercial matters, including private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, and shareholders agreements.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on corporate and commercial matters.
  • Working closely with the legal team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in corporate and commercial law and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate and commercial law.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
