Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the purchase ledger email account
  • Monitor and address outstanding purchase orders and invoices
  • Enter purchase invoices into the system
  • Efficiently resolve supplier inquiries
  • Perform reconciliations of supplier statements
  • Prepare proposals for payments
  • Assist external auditors during reviews
  • Engage in various ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Contribute positively as a team member within the finance department
