Role Overview

As a Senior Communications Strategist, you will report directly to the Internal Communications & Culture Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to craft and implement innovative internal communications initiatives that resonate with our employees and align with our organizational vision, culture, and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic internal communications campaigns that inspire and connect employees.
  • Collaborate with teams across various departments, including Broadcasting & Content and our Goodness team, to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Establish a strong grasp of our internal brand and tone to effectively convey messages in all internal communications.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the planning and execution of communication initiatives.
  • Gain insights into our content strategy and utilize platforms such as Asana and Workplace for effective content management.
  • Source, edit, and disseminate news through multiple internal channels, including our internal communications platform and email.
  • Oversee the management of our internal communications platform, ensuring content is monitored and approved daily.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of communication strategies that enhance key cultural projects, including DE&I initiatives and strategic priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Talent Development & Culture team, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills while managing complex projects.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in communications, exploring new tools and channels.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, transforming intricate business information into engaging content that resonates with our workforce.
