We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Strategist to join our Invention team at Mindshare Worldwide. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in delivering and developing our community, social, and creator work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult into our global strategy team to expand our holistic approach as an agency.
  • Develop and execute innovative client solutions that deliver against objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Work as a community specialist to consult and manage leading strategic work, inform best-practice, and provide activation support.
  • Collaborate with the Influencer Practice Lead and other key partners to evolve processes, systems, and tools in place to support influencer practice.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in influencer agency/influencer campaign-based role.
  • Exceptional experience with influencer campaign strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Exemplary evidence of creative strategy ideation and campaign planning.
  • Understanding and experience executing influencer assets via paid social platforms, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Twitter, Snapchat.
Desirable Criteria
  • Working knowledge of media space and influencer assets within wider media activations beyond paid social, i.e., OOH, DOOH, on-pack, product, retailer, TV, CTV.
  • Confidence in presenting with passion and conviction, managing senior client relationships, running all agency team sessions, and collaboratively leading client projects and tackling challenging conversations.
