Senior Communications Strategist

The Senior Communications Strategist will play a key role in shaping the communications strategy for Kroll's Risk Advisory business. This includes developing and executing internal and external communications plans to foster a strong sense of culture and cohesion within the business, while also supporting transformation in line with the firm's business and employee engagement goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing internal communications strategies to engage employees and promote a positive company culture.
  • Partnering with the Global Head of Corporate Communications to create compelling, timely, and firm-aligned content for internal and external audiences.
  • Managing the development and deployment of multi-channel programming to support employee engagement, business priorities, culture, and transformation goals.
  • Providing strategic communications counsel to Risk Advisory executives and supporting their external profile raising efforts.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in developing internal and external communications, supporting executives, and creating impactful messaging and core materials.
  • Excellent writing, copyediting, and communication skills, with experience managing communications across a suite of channels.
  • Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels.
