About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior PPA Origination Specialist. As a key member of our commercial energy origination team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, structuring agreements, and leading commercial negotiations with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue large developer PPAs and corporate PPAs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, product development teams, and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the best of our skills and knowledge to our clients
  • Partner with product development and marketing teams to ensure the PPA business is supported with the right products, communications, and events
  • Continuously review the existing portfolio to create value, maximize returns, and maintain a strong market presence
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering results against ambitious targets through effective relationship-building
  • Detailed understanding of the GB electricity market and low carbon instruments (e.g., CfD, ROC, REGO)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to assess trends and evaluate risks
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and ability to spot growth opportunities
  • Confidence in working across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders
