About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Blu Selection - Recruitment Agency. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and presenting proposals to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Beauty and Cosmetics industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
