We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team at Listers Volkswagen Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Key Responsibilities- Build trust and communicate effectively with customers to exceed their expectations.
- Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and internet enquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
- Adhere to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data.
- Previous experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager.
- Ability to demonstrate a record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UK driver's license.
- Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience preferred but not essential.
