Car Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Car Sales Executive to join our team at Listers, a renowned Toyota Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for matching customers with the perfect vehicle, ensuring they receive the features and add-ons that suit their needs. Your goal will be to maximise opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise profit by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Adhere to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels unique and valued.

Requirements:
  • Valid UK driver's licence.
  • Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management is preferred but not essential.
  • Full training will be provided.
