We are seeking highly skilled Customer Liaison Specialists to join our team at Boots Opticians in Nottingham.
The successful candidates will work closely with our Customer Experience Lead, assisting customers who are signed up to our Contact Lens Reward Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide resolution to customer enquiries and complaints through written, social, and telephony contact.
- Work closely with outsourced suppliers, taking escalated calls and offering training support where required.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer interaction and complaint resolution.
- Flexible approach to work with good prioritisation skills to effectively manage own workload.
- Experience of working in a Contact Centre.
