Regional SHEQ Manager

The Regional SHEQ Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the effective delivery of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) initiatives within the region. This position ensures that all projects meet the company's and client's expectations, while maintaining a safe working environment for employees, assets, and the environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing risk assessments, method statements, and SHEQ plans, including CDM Construction Phase Plans.
  • Conducting regular SHEQ compliance monitoring activities, tracking corrective actions, and providing regular update reports on team and individual activities.
  • Monitoring and tracking SHEQ compliance information, identifying trends, and recommending solutions for significant non-conformances or adverse findings.
  • Providing expert advice on SHEQ matters, including risk management, compliance, and audit activities.
  • Collaborating with operational management to ensure SHEQ support is provided during the setup and mobilization of new contracts, depots, and acquisitions.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Chartered Member of IOSH or actively working towards it.
  • Desirable: qualification in Environmental or Quality disciplines.
