Regional SHEQ Manager

The Regional SHEQ Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the effective delivery of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) initiatives within the region. This involves ensuring that all projects meet the company's and client's expectations, while maintaining a safe working environment for employees, assets, and the environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing risk assessments, method statements, and SHEQ plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting regular SHEQ compliance monitoring activities, including audits and engagements, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitoring and tracking SHEQ compliance information to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Providing regular update reports on team and individual activities, business unit performance, and improvement actions.
  • Ensuring that operations are halted or stopped if they pose a risk of significant health, safety, or environmental breaches.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Chartered Member of IOSH or actively working towards.
  • A qualification in Environmental or Quality disciplines is desirable.
