About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join our Analytical & Scoring Model Review team within Credit Risk. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the robustness and accuracy of our credit risk models, driving informed lending decisions for our customers and Financial Services business.

Reporting to the Head of Analytical and Scoring Model Review, you will work closely with the business to review all aspects of key credit risk model developments, providing insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in building models that make the right decisions at the right times, whether it's reviewing development samples, characteristic analysis, or modelling methodology.

You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing stakeholder expectations and prioritizing your workload to meet the broader needs of the business. Your ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner will be invaluable in delivering a world-class, personalized experience for our customers.

As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will be surrounded by the best talent across Financial Services and the wider group, working collaboratively to fulfill the ambitions of the business and the Credit Risk team. About You

We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and logical by nature, with a keen eye for detail. You'll have a degree in a numerate discipline, be highly proficient in SQL or SAS, and have advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience of credit model development is essential, as is your ability to coach and develop other analysts, work with challenging stakeholders, and solve complex problems.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing and changing priorities, and be comfortable presenting your findings to stakeholders at all levels.
