About the RoleAs a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and robustness of our credit risk models. You'll work closely with the business to review and develop key credit risk models, providing insightful recommendations to senior stakeholders. Your expertise will help us make informed credit lending decisions, driving value for our customers and business.
You'll be part of a dynamic team, working on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize your workload, and deliver high-quality results. Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively will be essential in this role.
We're looking for a curious, analytical, and logical individual with a keen eye for detail. You'll have a degree in a numerate discipline, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and experience in credit model development. Your ability to coach and develop other analysts, work with challenging stakeholders, and solve complex problems will be highly valued.
