Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our team at CLD Recruitment. As a Senior Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients, building long-lasting relationships, and contributing to the growth and profitability of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with new financial products, technical changes, and legislative requirements in the market.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations, including the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the FCA Principles, Rules, and Code of Practice for Approved Persons.
  • Identify and contact potential clients, gather information, and analyze their needs to provide suitable recommendations.
  • Complete accurate documentation and maintain competent status as defined by the FCA and our firm.
  • Mentor and train our Adviser Team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Must have a relevant qualification.
  • Demonstrate substantial experience in providing financial advice and achieving/exceeding relevant Key Performance Indicators.
  • Have detailed knowledge of FCA and our firm's record-keeping requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Be able to explain complex information simply and clearly.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients.
  • possess excellent research and analytic skills.
