Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Lead to join our Quality Excellence Digital team. As a Quality Lead, you will be responsible for leading large projects within a matrix environment, facilitating decision-making and communications, and driving digital and data literacy. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing analytics strategies to enable Product Development Quality (PDQ) outcomes, efficiencies, and productivity gains.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large projects within a matrix environment, facilitating decision-making and communications.
- Design and implement analytics strategies to enable PDQ outcomes, efficiencies, and productivity gains.
- Participate in Quality Assurance Risk assessments and Audits as an analytics SME and contribute to the effective identification of the right areas of risk and generation of Quality evidence.
- Lead/contribute to the development of methodologies for the use of data analytics or digital solutions and maintain related tools/procedures.
- Lead the operationalisation of data analytics packages or digital solutions in close collaboration with Informatics.
- Experience and technical knowledge in areas such as statistical analytics and visualisation, machine learning, relational databases, and programming (Python and/or R expertise).
- Knowledge and experience of Clinical Quality areas such as GCP, MDR, and SaMDs, GVP, RBQM, Risk Management, and QMS.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large projects within a matrix environment, facilitating decision-making and communications, and driving digital and data literacy.
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with solid relationship management and influence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
