Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team at Computeam. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Contact clients to ensure timely payment of invoices and meet agreed monthly targets
- Log queries accurately and follow through to resolution
- Ensure the collection process is followed
- Reconcile accounts
- Manage the finance inbox escalations to resolve queries and other requests
- Assist with month-end processes
- Build relationships both internally and with customers
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with the Microsoft package, including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
- Maths and English GCSEs minimum grade C
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Results/target-focused
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
- Positive and enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude
- Attention to detail
- Motivation and a desire to do a great job and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
