About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team at CMC Markets. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to promote our pioneering thematic investment app, OPTO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective customer lifecycle management strategies to retain, engage, and activate users.
  • Improve messaging during onboarding to optimize conversion at each stage of the funnel.
  • Implement targeted communications to users and prospects at the relevant stage of the funnel.
  • Generate innovative product marketing campaign ideas to promote the OPTO app.
  • Project manage campaigns to ensure efficient delivery, on-time completion, and maximum impact.
  • Report on marketing campaigns to monitor performance, suggest improvements, and present findings to the team.
  • Secure and manage external partnerships, including affiliates, influencers, and industry thought-leaders.
  • Conduct audience research, organize user interviews, and synthesize findings to develop a deep understanding of OPTO's audience.
  • Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns across major social media channels.
  • Contribute to the publication of top-of-the-funnel content for lead generation, requiring a basic understanding of SEO.
  • Work with AI tools to optimize productivity.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree from a reputable university
  • A genuine interest in Investments and/or Fintech
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
  • Basic financial markets and industry knowledge
