Lead a Team of Care Professionals

Esland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team of care professionals in a residential children's home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of care professionals to meet the needs of our young people
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role in residential care
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
  • Full, UK driving licence
  • Over 21 years old
