About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Management Supervisor to join our team as a Garden Centre Team Lead. As a key member of our Outdoor Leisure and Christmas Department, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the manager with the development of the team and deputise in their absence.
- Ensure that stock is properly displayed and maintained.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in a garden centre or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
