Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing store profitability while providing industry-leading service on the high street.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Maintain customer retention by providing first-class service, deal with enquiries and complaints, and resolve issues.
- Sales: Analyze Oracle reports to make key sales decisions, manage in-store devices to capitalize on a wider range of products, and apply visual techniques to attract and engage customers.
- Training & Development: Hold regular training meetings, prioritize management development, and utilize the in-house Trainee Management Academy.
- Excellent time management skills
- IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
