Buzz Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Buzz Manager at The Spa at Beckenham Leisure Centre. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for the effective delivery and management of all Buzz products, including soft play, parties, and holiday camps.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the successful delivery of all Buzz products, including booking processes, design, implementation, and achievement of income, expenditure, and occupancy targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff through effective 1-1's, record absence, and ensure payroll is effectively managed.
- Take responsibility for marketing and promotion of Buzz activities, camps, and parties, attending local events and fairs, and school marketing distribution.
- Maintain school partnerships by developing access into schools and attending local events.
- Continually review income and expenditure performance vs. budget and monitor customer feedback received via comment cards or NPS survey results.
- Ensure all staff remain compliant with Health & Safety regulations and Mytime Active's QMS procedures and quality standards.
- Manage staff rosters, ensuring all rosters are entered onto PeopleXD in advance, and maintain a consistently high standard of maintenance and cleanliness in all areas.
- Undertake monthly monitoring, reporting on bookings and income generated, and liaise with the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver an efficient, friendly, and hygienic Food & Beverage service.
- Previous experience of working with children, preferably within a leisure centre environment.
- Experience of supervising the work of others, working effectively as a team member, and working with P&L and budgets.
- Excellent customer service skills, proven planning, decision-making, and organisational skills, and the ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team of staff.
