Job Summary:

Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide confidential and effective administrative, secretarial, and project support to the suite of executive directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone enquiries, diary management, arrangement of meetings, prioritizing and answering routine correspondence and emails as directed.
  • To attend meetings, take minutes, circulate documents and follow up action as required.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for the client, as well as providing a reception and gatekeeper service, screening calls and enquiries as they come in.
  • Deal with agendas and reports, undertaking ad hoc project work when required.

Requirements:

  • Experienced PA/EA who has worked at Directorate level before.
  • Fantastic organizational skills and minute-taking skills.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position, contracted full-time hours. The position can accommodate hybrid working, with 3 days in the client's office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance.
