About the Role

Mencap is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Long Eaton. As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily activities, providing emotional support and promoting independence.
  • Build meaningful relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our services.
  • Drive safely and responsibly, using your own vehicle if required.
