Commercial Operations Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Business Partner to join our Actalent EMEA brand in London. The successful candidate will support our Switzerland-based operations and work closely with our Senior Sales Leaders to drive business growth and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Support: Provide commercial guidance and support to the Sales function, including pricing and contract reviews.
- Financial Analysis: Own profitability analysis and lead in commercial decision making.
- Contract Negotiation: Support contract negotiation and be a key link between Sales Support/Legal and the Sales Team.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain performance reports to track business performance.
- Sales Coaching: Coach Sales professionals on business and commercial acumen.
- Operational Support: Work with Corporate Services to support operations and deliver the Annual Planning and Budgeting process.
- Tender Documents: Contribute to tender documents and presentations.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key personnel from clients to provide a gold-standard service.
- Problem Solving: Provide pragmatic problem-solving for internal and external stakeholders.
- Education: BSc/BA degree or similar further education in a Business or Finance related subject.
- Experience: 5+ years post-graduate experience in business and/or finance.
- Contract Law: Understanding of contract law and commercial agreements.
- Recruitment Industry: Experience within the Recruitment industry, including pricing of solutions.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Financial Skills: Financial accounting, planning, analysis, and budgeting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Behavioral Skills: Energetic and driven, proactive and solution-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a high level of commercial acumen and financial expertise. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy.
