Job ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Support Worker will play a pivotal role in the development of a more patient-focused approach, reviewing all information provided by families and starting to formulate reports with clinician support. They will also have the opportunity to conduct assessments and sit in with clinicians to support families and their own development.
Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will have knowledge of child development and neurodevelopmental presentations in children, as well as the ability to identify relevant information and apply it to pre-assessment. They will also have experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and a good standard of written English, with GCSE English or equivalent.
