Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Junior Buyer and Buyer in managing critical path and ensuring timely product launches.
  2. Oversee the Buyers Admin Assistant, prioritizing tasks and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  3. Conduct trend analysis and competitive shopping, reviewing price architecture to optimize product offerings.
  4. Maintain accurate master data management on PLM, ensuring up-to-date product information.
  5. Coordinate meetings, ensuring samples are prepared and looks are well-presented.
  6. Liaise closely with Design, Merchandising, and Wholesale teams to drive business growth.

Person Specification:

  1. Previous experience as a Senior Buyers Admin or Assistant Buyer.
  2. Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with a keen interest in fashion and trends.
  3. Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
