Job Title: HR and Recruitment Specialist
Job Summary:
We are proud to be exclusively working with a leading HR services provider who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a full-time permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a generalist HR advisory service to a number of clients, over the phone, virtually and in person.
- Managing a varied ER caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management.
- Guiding on any legal issues and ensuring compliance with laws and legislations.
- Handling any HR projects as and when required.
Benefits:
- 37 hours pw (flexible working pattern)
- ~26 days hol + bank holidays
- ~ 5% pension contribution
