Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch). As a key member of our Global Services team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, partner capability development, and major strategic agreements across all market segments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute joint sales and go-to-market programs with AWS Global Services Area Leaders, account teams, and partners to drive incremental revenue.
- Have a holistic view of the Partner Community in a local market, with a deep understanding of partner capabilities and solutions that meet customer demand.
- Identify, manage, and drive Go-To-Market opportunities between partners and AWS.
- Serve as a key member of the business development team, helping to define and deliver joint solution sets and supporting collateral for industry and service campaigns.
- Engage partner field sales organizations, channels, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
- Set a strategic business development plan for target market segments, ensuring alignment with AWS's strategic direction.
- Expand existing AWS footprint and drive new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue, focusing on business outcomes.
- Position AWS as the preferred cloud computing platform across all product lines.
- Understand technical and capability requirements of partners and work closely with internal development teams to guide product offerings.
- Understand, use, and advocate for the use of salesforce.com and other internal Amazon systems.
- Prepare and give business reviews to senior executive management teams.
- Participate in complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to operational and legal teams.
