Your responsibilities

In this role, you will deliver strong leadership throughout the LFC operations to guarantee safe, efficient, and top-tier service for our customers. Your primary focus will be on implementing and sustaining site and centrally-driven continuous improvement initiatives, as well as achieving site KPI targets to meet budgetary goals and optimize service costs. By leading and nurturing your team through ongoing coaching and constructive feedback, you will ensure effective management to achieve outstanding results. Furthermore, you will oversee resource allocation, manage stock inventory and maintenance, and adapt operational resources to meet customer demands and volume fluctuations. Identifying and developing talent within your team to create a succession pipeline will be essential, along with cultivating a customer-centric culture by engaging and inspiring your colleagues. With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure compliance with legal and safety standards, recruit and manage resources to fulfill headcount needs, and actively contribute to business transformation initiatives.

Your strong communication and decision-making abilities enable you to swiftly respond to customer needs and changes, ensuring the efficient delivery of exceptional service. Your knowledge of warehouse and retail operations, multi-drop delivery, and final mile customer delivery equips you to make informed decisions that support desired customer outcomes. With your motivational leadership style, you know how to engage and inspire colleagues at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment where team members understand the impact of their contributions on service and business performance.
