Your Responsibilities
As the primary contact for this Local Fulfilment Centre, you will lead a substantial team in adhering to our stringent processes and delivering exceptional customer service.
Our key performance indicators revolve around customer satisfaction; thus, your decisions will be crucial in achieving exemplary service.
You will engage in constant communication and collaboration with both the business and your diverse, energetic team.Ultimately, your goal is to ensure that products reach our customers safely, efficiently, and in the correct quantity and quality.
You will have a limited timeframe each day to brief our dedicated drivers, ensuring they are equipped to provide outstanding service.
You will navigate shifting priorities and team workloads to enhance productivity while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will mentor and develop your team, leading by example and actively seeking opportunities for enhancement.Additionally, you will prioritize compliance with relevant regulations and strive to maintain a safe working environment by following established processes.
