We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects & Engagement Worker to join our team at South Liverpool Domestic Abuse Services. The successful candidate will work alongside our full-time Project and Engagement worker to develop and grow our outreach service, providing high-quality direct casework support, advice, information, and advocacy to survivors of domestic abuse.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver outreach sessions in discreet local venues, using creative and engaging methods to reach women from all communities.
  • Provide access to a full range of services for women, including direct casework support, advice, information, and advocacy.
  • Work as part of a specialist team to evaluate and develop SLDAS services and programmes.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with survivors of domestic abuse and violence against women and girls.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
