Specialist Support Worker - Liverpool

**The Role**:
Our client is looking for Specialist Support Workers to join a Project here at Liverpool. This is a community support service which has been run successfully since 1993 across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley - the service operates Monday to Friday 9:00 to 16:30 (CLOSED BANK HOLIDAYS).

The aim of the project is to provide personalised support to adults with learning disabilities who may have additional support needs to enable them to access a range of activities, experiences and opportunities within their own local community and across the city with the support of designated support workers. The aim is to empower those that need support by building on individuals strengths and interests creating positive opportunities for social inclusion, work through barriers to wellbeing and strive to achieve personal aspirations.

A typical weeks shifts are

**Full Time Post 37hrs**:
MON | TUE | WED | THUR | FRI

9-4.30 | 9-4.30 | 9-4.00 | 9-4.30 | 9-4.30

**The Successful Applicant**:
