We are in search of an Assistant Manager for our upcoming Peter Alexander store. Success in this role will be driven by a passion for sales and a dedication to creating memorable experiences for our customers.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with availability needed during weekends, late-night trading hours, and holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets and KPIs
- Assist in the training and development of the store team to enhance productivity
- Promote a safe working environment for both team members and customers
- Help manage stock levels to minimize loss and maximize sales
- Support the implementation of visual merchandising strategies and promotional updates
- Assist in creating the store rota in accordance with trading profiles
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in team development and coaching
- Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in retail
- Ability to deliver a unique and genuine customer experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales, wage, KPI, and stock loss targets
- Experience in visual merchandising based on briefs
