Assistant Store and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store and Operations Manager to join our team at Tea2you. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring a high level of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Analyse sales data and create budgets to increase revenue and improve store performance.
  • Collaborate with the director to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising and stock management.
Requirements
  • A strong background in retail management, with experience in supervising and managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and create effective budgets to drive sales growth.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A genuine interest in Tea and entrepreneurship, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Working Hours

5 days a week, sometimes on weekends, and 1 day work from home (9:30-5:30).
