Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • To manage all existing/new business relationships, key contacts, and customer interactions within the assigned regions as directed by the Country Vice President.
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers.
  • To serve as the primary point of contact between Hanwha Vision Europe and all assigned contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Business Development:

  • To maintain and expand relationships with existing key clients, including regular visits to customers, key contacts, and end-users to identify opportunities to upsell and increase sales.
  • To identify business opportunities amongst current customers and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • To create and present business proposals and offers to both new and existing customers.
  • To develop and maintain sales reports, including new and existing projects, and work closely with customers to grow and close these projects.
  • To monitor and achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on targets set for key customer accounts.

Training and Support:

  • To promote training on our products and software to ensure customers have the necessary knowledge to effectively sell our solutions to end-users.
  • To ensure our partners have the required product range available to successfully sell our solutions.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • To stay up-to-date with market trends and analyze their impact on our business.
  • To develop and implement sales promotion activities to drive business growth.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • To work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute strategies to attract and retain existing customers and attract new customers.
  • To attend industry trade shows and events to promote Hanwha Vision Europe's products and services.
  • To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Country Vice President.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the security industry is required.

Strong knowledge of the market, main channels, and potential customers is essential.

Experience selling to distributors and system integrators in the region is required.

A proven sales and achievement record is necessary.

Understanding of new technologies is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business or technical field is desirable.

Intermediate and advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, are required.

Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients is essential.

Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good judgment is required.

Ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve targets is necessary.

Logical and well-organized with exceptional attention to detail is required.

Displays a proactive approach and is a solution finder.

Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative is essential.

Ability to communicate effectively on all levels in a clear and concise manner is required.

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is necessary.

Process-oriented and detail-focused is required.

Clean driving license is essential.

English language proficiency is required.
