Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, prompt, and courteous service to all customers, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
  • Advise on technical queries and issues, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied with the service provided.
  • Book vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, keeping customers informed of progress and ensuring timely completion.
  • Sell customer repairs and parts, finalizing invoices and ensuring accurate billing.
Requirements:
  • Motivated and proactive approach to customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • IT literacy and a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
